250 Olive Trees & Six and a Half Acres of Living Magic
The estate unfolds across six and a half acres of ancient olive groves, home to 250 centuries-old trees whose silver leaves shimmer with every breath of Umbrian wind. This is not a backdrop — it is a living landscape, one that produces our own extra virgin olive oil, cold-pressed each autumn with the same unhurried care that has governed this land for generations.
To rest beneath these trees is to feel time slow. The rustle of the olives, the warmth of the stone, the distant valley stretching uninterrupted to the horizon — everything here invites you to be still, to breathe, and to remember what it feels like to be truly present in a place alive with beauty and meaning.

The Calendar
Every Season, Its Own Gifts
Spring brings the wildflowers and the clarity of cool air after rain. Summer: heat, cicadas, long evenings at the table. Autumn: the truffle, the harvest, the amber light of October. Winter: the fire, the silence, the hills white with frost at dawn.
We are open from March to December, and by private arrangement in January and February for those who seek the estate entirely to themselves.
